Double Dutch winning duo set sights on Zolder assault
Dutch fans had plenty cheer about at the Nurburgring with a pair of Superleague Formula victories for Netherlands drivers Robert Doornbos and Yelmer Buurman – now the duo are set to cross the border to attempt a repeat performance in Belgium this weekend at Zolder.

Wisselende resultaten Nederlandse coureurs tijdens kwalificatie Superleague Formula in Estoril
Tijdens de kwalificaties voor de vierde race in de Superleague Formula, die dit weekend in Estoril, Portugal worden gereden, heeft AC Milan coureur Robert Doornbos een tweede startpositie behaald voor de eerste race morgen. Op pole position zal AS Roma coureur Franck Perera (FRA) starten. Perera, die voor het eerst in de Superleague Formula uitkomt behaalde een mooi resultaat door Doornbos in de finale van de kwalificatie te verslaan. Als derde zal Olympiacos met coureur Kasper Andersen (DEN) starten morgen.

Liverpool winnaar in eerste race Superleague Formula in Estoril
Tijdens de eerste race van de vierde editie van de Superleague Formula, deze keer vanuit zonnig Estoril, Portugal, is Liverpool met coureur Adrian Valles (SPA) als eerste geëindigd. Robert Doornbos behaalde met zijn AC Milan bolide een tweede plek en mag daarmee 45 kampioenschapspunten aan zijn reeds behaalde 126 punten toevoegen. Frank Perera (FRA) die gisteren de beste kwalificatie reed eindigde als derde in zijn AS Roma-auto.

Tegenslag en voorspoed in kwalificatie Vallelunga Superleague Formula
Op de kwalificatiedag van de vijfde editie van de Superleague Formula, deze week in Vallelunga, Italë, kenden de Nederlandse coureurs zowel voor- als tegenspoed.

Beijing Gu’aon weer dichterbij kampioenschap Superleague Formula
Tijdens de eerste race van de vijfde editie van de Superleague Formula, deze week in Vallelunga, Italië, wist Beijing Gu’aon met aan het stuur Davide Rigon, opnieuw de eerste plaats veilig te stellen. Hij voegt met zijn overwinning 50 kampioenschapspunten toe aan zijn totaal en komt op een totaal van 321 punten waarmee hij ruim aan de leiding gaat voor Liverpool met een totaal van 271 punten.

PSV-coureur Yelmer Buurman bereidt zich voor op inhaalrace tijdens beslissende ronde Superleague Formula
Beijing Guoan’s Davide Rigon zal nog behoorlijk zijn best moeten doen in de laatste ronde van de Superleague Formula wil hij inderdaad het kampioenschap binnen slepen. Rigon wordt achtervolgd door de Nederlander Yelmer Buurman en een hele serie lokale Spaanse helden.

Nederlanders teleurstellend in kwalificatie laatste ronde Superleague Formula
In de kwalificatie voor de laatste ronde in de Superleague Formula, deze maal vanuit Jerez, Spanje, hebben beide Nederlandse coureurs, Robert Doornbos in zijn AC Milan-auto en Yelmer Buurman met PSV Eindhoven, teleurstellend gepresteerd.
