Terms & Conditions for media accreditation

1. GENERAL

1.1. SUPERLEAGUE FORMULA S.A. (hereinafter referred to as SF) is the promoter and organizer of Superleague Formula (hereinafter referred to as the Series), an international motor racing series to be held during each year in which single-seater cars compete in a series of race meetings across the world under the colors and livery of top class international football clubs.

1.2. SF is entitled to issue media passes to attend the Series (hereinafter referred to as the Accreditation) to representatives (hereinafter referred to as the Accreditation Holder) appointed by the media companies, publications and agencies (hereinafter referred to as the Media Company).

1.3. The Accreditation is personal and non-transferable and must be clearly displayed at all times. The Accreditation Holder shall not be altered or defaced.

1.4. The Accreditation is issued by SF for the use of the Accreditation Holder only working for the Media Company and provided that such relationship is in force during the Series. In the event that the Accreditation Holder terminates his/her contractual relationship with the Media Company, the Accreditation shall not be valid nor effective and the Accreditation Holder shall be responsible to return the Accreditation to SF as soon as such relationship be no longer in force.

1.5. By accepting and using the Accreditation, the Accreditation Holder undertakes to comply with this Terms and Conditions, the terms and conditions specified in the back of the Accreditation and any other regulations or rules pertaining to the Series.

1.6. The Accreditation is issued by and it is property of SF. SF reserves the right to cancel, modify, revoke or withdraw the Accreditation without notice at any time, the Accreditation Holder being obliged to return it to SF immediately upon SF’s request.

1.7. The Accreditation shall not be given, loaned or sold to any third parties, and it shall not be used with promotional and/or commercial purposes.

1.8. In the event of loss, the Accreditation Holder shall have to pay twenty five Euros (25 €) for the production of a new Accreditation.

2. ACCESS TO THE PERMITTED AREAS

2.1. The Accreditation Holder may enter exclusively to those areas or facilities displayed on the Accreditation (the Permitted Areas). SF is entitled to expel any person from a non Permitted Area.

2.2. By entering to the Permitted Areas and/or facilities of the venue, the Accreditation Holder agrees to comply with all the rules and regulations applicable to the Series, in particular those related to safety and security, including the search and the inspection for prohibited items.

2.3. The Accreditation Holder acknowledges and accepts that, due to its nature, attending to the Series implies certain risks and damages. The Accreditation Holder understands and voluntarily accepts such risks and damages arising from the access to the Permitted Areas, in particular the areas of the venue where racing activities are carried out, such as the pit lane, the team boxes and paddock.

2.4. SF, its affiliates, directors, agents, employees, shareholders and representatives shall not be liable for any personal injury, death, damage or loss of any kind suffered by the Accreditation Holder as a result of his/her attendance to the Series and access to the Permitted Areas, unless such damages are due to SF’s fault or negligence.

2.5. The Accreditation Holder and/or the Media Company shall indemnify any third party (included SF) against any damages and liabilities suffered in connection with and/or arising out of any breach of these Terms and Conditions.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND IMAGE RIGHTS

3.1. The Accreditation Holder is authorized to take exclusively still pictures or photographs in the Permitted Areas.

3.2. The Accreditation Holder may only originate still pictures for informative use of the Media Company (publication in its newspapers, magazines, supplements, websites and mobile versions - if any - of such newspapers and magazines) and for no other use whatsoever. Sequence of still pictures cannot be used to create moving images or an animation.

3.3. Any use of the still pictures different to the abovementioned (including commercial, marketing advertising or promotional purposes) is prohibited without the prior written consent from SF. The Accreditation Holder is also prohibited from recording and/or transmitting over any media any sound and/or image of the Series for any purpose without the prior written consent from SF.

3.4. The Accreditation Holder is not entitled to access the Permitted Areas with a recording device such as TV cameras in order to record a moving picture of such areas.

3.5. The Accreditation Holder authorizes SF and/or their licensees free of charge, worldwide and in perpetuity, to record and use his/her image (including name, voice and likeness) arising out from his/her presence in the Series through any audiovisual and/or photographic media and to reproduce and broadcast, in any kind or support, any photograph or audiovisual recording including his/her image.

3.6. The Accreditation Holder and/or the Media Company he/she represents may only use trademarks and logos associated with SF and the Series in accordance with the content of these Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise expressly authorized by SF. The Accreditation Holder and/or the Media Company he/she represents shall not develop any marketing or promotional activity associated with SF and/or the Series.

4. DATA PROTECTION

4.1. The Accreditation Holder authorizes SF to store and treat the Accreditation Holder’s personal information in a file owned and used by SF for the purpose of this document as well as access, for control and security purposes. According to the Spanish Protection Act 15/1999, the Accreditation Holder is entitled to exercise the rights of access, rectification and cancellation of his/her personal information contacting SF by mail to the address Calle Castanyer 29, 08022 Barcelona – SPAIN; or by e-mail to accreditations@superleagueformula.com.

5. LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Spain and in the event of dispute it shall be resolved by the Courts of Barcelona.
