Today, EMT is comprised of a number of units working in tandem as one of the world’s leading motorsports technology companies.
Well-versed in working with race teams and series around the world, including Star Mazda, American Le Mans Series, Indy Racing League and Champ Car World Series.

EMT is recognised as one of the leading authorities of carbon composite technology, Élan Composites specialises in manufacturing highly advanced patterns, moulds and components for both motorsport and aerospace industries.
The Panoz-branded Superleague Formula chassis has been developed by chief designer Simon Marshall and chief aerodynamicist Nick Alcock - the men behind the Indy 500 successes and new-for-2007 Panoz Champ Car World Series chassis.
“As a race car designer you are rarely given the opportunity to design such a high calibre race car from a clean sheet of paper,” said Nick Alcock, EMT Chief Aerodynamicist.
“The Superleague Formula have a very clear vision of exactly how a race car should perform, look and sound, a vision shared by the EMT design team who are very excited about this project.”
In 2006 EMT became the first ever racecar constructor to be awarded the ISO 9001:2000 certification, applicable to the design, development and manufacturing of race cars, engines and composite components.
